This Outdoor Pavilion Construction project at the Lake Superior Zoo showcases expert timber craftsmanship, environmental care, and community-focused design. BP Builders partnered with Double Jack Design Workshop to create a beautiful and functional gathering space within one of Duluth’s most beloved attractions.

A full commercial buildout in Duluth, MN transformed an existing building into Northern Waters Float Center — a calm, modern wellness space featuring float rooms, a reception area, and spa-inspired finishes.

The Clyde Hotel now stands as a modern boutique stay in Duluth’s Lincoln Park Craft District—an example of how thoughtful renovation can breathe new life into a historic building.

This project focused on upgrading the air handling units (AHU) and chiller system at the Fond du Lac Ojibwe School (K–12). The improvements enhance climate control, energy efficiency, and comfort for students and staff throughout the building.
