This project focused on upgrading the air handling units (AHU) and chiller system at the Fond du Lac Ojibwe School (K–12). The improvements enhance climate control, energy efficiency, and comfort for students and staff throughout the building.

BP Builders worked alongside subcontractors to upgrade HVAC units, chiller systems, and supporting infrastructure.

Safety was a top priority, particularly due to rooftop units and elevated hazards.
Challenges & Solutions
Challenge:Â Long lead times on equipment and persistent humidity in the library and gymnasium.
Solution:Â Planned procurement well in advance and utilized high-volume dehumidifiers to maintain air quality and moisture control.
